Repair Clamps (CR)
Single, Double and Multi-part repair clamps are suitable for pipes from 50mm through to 1600mm. Rapid Clamps CR full circumference repair clamps can be supplied in various lengths to suit your needs. The armour plate’s span allows for an outside diameter operating range of up to 10mm per part. Standard sizes are always available and we can manufacture clamps to fit nonstandard pipe OD’s at very short notice. Stainless Steel 316.

Tapped Repair Clamps (CTR)
Also in Single, Double and Multi-part tapped repair clamps provide the same quick-and-easy fitting qualities. They are extremely useful for repairing broken and damaged pipes at service connections or branch lines, restoring the connection at the same time. Also efficient in cases where pipes are prone to circumferential cracking, as they provide full circumference sealing. Stainless Steel 316.

Flanged Off Takes Clamps (CF)
Made in Single, Double and Multiband options to suit customers’ requirements. Flanged off takes provide a full circumference seal around the pipe, while at the same time provide a reinforcing effect to the pipe. Common sizes are in stock, if not flanged off takes are manufactured on request to customers need and specify pipe OD, diameter of off take and flange specification. Standard flange designation is drilled to table C-D. Stainless Steel 316.

Tapping Saddles (CT)
Rapid/Cascade CT Tapping Saddles are suitable for Ductile Iron, Cast Iron, Steel, Copper, Asbestos Cement, PVC, and other types of pipes, which require a permanent BSP tapping off take.

They eliminate the need to “cut in” an off take, as the saddle can be installed around the pipe without disrupting the internal flow. They are designed to fit a range of pipe ODs in the one saddle, and they adapt to pipe ovality and irregularities. Stainless Steel 316.

Junior Couplings (CFW)
Rapid junior repair clamps provide a quick, easy and cost-effective solution for repairing larger breaks in smaller diameter pipes. They provide a full circumference seal around the pipe. Sizes are to suit galvanized and copper pipe, from 15mm (1/2") to 40mm (1 1/2"). Available in 75mm or 150mm widths.

Half Clamps (CFC)
Rapid half clamps are used for repairing pin-holes in smaller diameter pipes, they provide a quick, easy and cost-effective solution for this type of break. Rapid half clamps are available in sizes to suit galvanised and steel pipe from 15mm (1/2”) through to 100mm (4”). Available in 75mm and 150mm widths.

Sewer OB Clamps (CBJ)
Rapid Sewer OB Junction clamps are suited for new or damaged property connections on non-pressure sewer pipelines designed for a permanent sewer branch. The off- take branch has an uPVC access coupling, and they are made to adapt to pipe ovalities and irregularities. Fully lined rubber gasket, damaged pipes can be easily rehabilitated. Sizes range from DN150mm upwards, with off takes sizes DN100 and DN150mm. Operating pressure from -80kPA to 100kPA. Max. temp. 60 degrees C. Stainless Steel 316.
